Like many other people before me I believe the winner of a recession are people who understand 3 facts:

1) Understand it will not be over soon.

2) It will not go back to where it was.

3) Either you change or it changes you.

I believe a recession is a natural economic escalation procedure telling us that too many people made the same mistake – and now we are stuck.

Change is the hardest thing to perform. But change is the only way out of a recession.

The winner will be the ones who understand, act, not over react, comprehend the necessary changes and make them happen.
